Open Call for Artist Interviews
Art Miami Magazine – Now Accepting Submissions
Art Miami Magazine is inviting visual artists to be considered for a featured interview on our platforms. We are looking for artists whose work contributes to the rich, diverse, and evolving contemporary art scene in Miami and beyond.
Participation & interview are free.
How to Apply
Please send the following to [email protected]:
- 6 photos of your artwork
- High-resolution images (JPG or PNG)
- Include title, medium, size, and year for each piece
- Make sure the images are clear, well-lit, and cropped to the artwork
- Art Statement
- 200–400 words (approx.)
- Describe your practice, concepts, materials, and what drives your work
- You may also share how your work connects to Miami, your community, or broader cultural themes
- Artist Information
- Full Name
- City / Country
- Website and/or Instagram
- Short bio (3–5 lines)
What Selected Artists Receive
Artists selected will be:
- Featured in an online interview on ArtMiamiMagazine.com
- Highlighted on our social media channels
- Considered for inclusion in future special editions and print features during key art events in Miami
Who Can Apply
- Emerging, mid-career, and established visual artists
- All mediums welcome: painting, sculpture, photography, installation, digital art, performance-based work (with documentation), etc.
- Artists from any country may apply—Miami-based and international voices are welcome.
Deadline
This is an ongoing open call.
Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis, and artists will be contacted directly if selected.
Important Notes
- By submitting images, you confirm you are the copyright holder of the artworks and grant Art Miami Magazine permission to use them for editorial and promotional purposes related to your feature (with full credit to you).
- Not all submissions can be featured, but all will be carefully reviewed.
