Miami, FL — Collective 62 is proud to announce the opening of FLEX and FLUX, two parallel exhibitions presented in conversation, launching with a public reception on Sunday, November 30 from 2–5 PM in Liberty City.
Curated by Molly Channon in collaboration with Laura Marsh, the exhibitions bring together a distinguished group of multidisciplinary artists whose practices embrace material investigation, conceptual exchange, and the dynamic states of stability and change.
About the Exhibitions
FLEX
FLEX explores the elasticity of materials, narratives, and identities. Featuring works that bend, expand, resist, and adapt, the exhibition foregrounds the physical and metaphorical flexibility required in contemporary life. Through sculpture, installation, fiber, and mixed media, the artists engage the body’s capacity for both resilience and vulnerability.
FLUX
In contrast yet in harmony, FLUX examines movement, transformation, and states of becoming. The exhibition reflects transitions—personal, environmental, social—and the fluidity present in moments of shift. Artists consider change as both force and possibility, inviting viewers to inhabit the liminal spaces between past and future.
Together, FLEX and FLUX form a dialogue about adaptation and transformation, offering a layered experience that mirrors the evolving nature of community and creative practice.

Located in Liberty City, Collective 62 is a woman-led artist collective and residency dedicated to supporting experimental practices, community-engaged art, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The studio building and exhibition space serve as a platform for dialogue, creation, and cultural exchange within Miami’s diverse artistic ecosystem.
